I firmly believe, and experience has validated this repeatedly, that if you put a bunch of smart, sane and well-intentioned people together in a group, team or organization you will ultimately get loads of stupid, crazy and bad behaviors.

My point of view is pragmatic and my guidance comes bite sized.
